Product information and vehicle recommendations are provided as a guide only and are based on typical applications and engine power ranges as outlined in the CycloRam Vehicle Application Guide. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific vehicle and snorkel configuration before placing an order.
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and product specifications may change without notice.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared. CycloRam reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, incorrect information or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
Product photographs are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly in appearance, colour or packaging. We strive to ensure that all information published on the website is accurate, but errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
CycloRam products are intended for use in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Improper installation, misuse, modification or use outside the recommended application range may affect performance and could void any warranty.
CycloRam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from the website.

Delivery Policy
CycloRam delivers products throughout South Africa.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 7 working days after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier services, but most orders are delivered within 2 to 7 working days.
Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout and may vary according to the size of the order and delivery location.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect addresses or failed deliveries may be charged to the customer.
Although every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, CycloRam cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, strikes or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns Policy
CycloRam aims to supply products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, complete and returned in their original packaging.
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or specially manufactured for a customer may not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the item supplied was incorrect or defective.
Returned items will be inspected before any refund or exchange is approved.
CycloRam reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, customers may request a refund for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect or defective product supplied by CycloRam.
Refunds will not be granted for products that have been used, installed incorrectly, altered or damaged after delivery.
If a product is found to be defective under normal use, CycloRam may, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation.

Any personal information collected through the website will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Customer information will only be used for processing orders, deliveries and customer support and will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil an order.
